Who manages your information

The Digital Level-Up is organised jointly by Arnold’s Digital Services and WaContacts. Authorised representatives of both organisers may access registration records only for purposes connected with the workshop.

Information we collect

We collect your full name, email address and WhatsApp number. You may also provide your business name and business category. The registration record includes the submission time, event identifier, registration status and your communication preferences.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage workshop registration, prevent duplicate registrations, send confirmation messages, provide session access information and communicate updates needed for participation.

Optional promotional communication

Event registration does not automatically subscribe you to general promotional communication. We will only use your details for future event or business-resource updates when you select the separate optional consent box.

Where records are stored

Registration records are stored in a private Google Sheet that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorised event representatives. Google may process information according to its own service and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to organise the workshop, manage follow-up communication and maintain appropriate event records. Information that is no longer required will be removed or anonymised.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct or remove your registration information. You may also withdraw optional promotional consent at any time without affecting your workshop registration.
